This week sees the 8th anniversary since Mum lost her battle with cancer... and the three week anniversary of when I joined a gym!

To keep me motivated, and keep going back, I've decided that its the perfect timing to challenge myself and use the gym, as well as roads and fields, to walk, cycle, run or swim 196 miles throughout the month of November.

And this challenge seems to be the perfect time to raise money for Cancer Research; because every penny raised means a day closer to finding an answer.
