We plant urban trees in parks, streets, schools and housing estates across the UK, as well as internationally, revitalising these areas and improving the lives of the people who live in them. We strengthen communities through volunteering opportunities and inspire children to grow and eat good food.

Story

On 9th, 10th, 16th and 17th October I will be walking 22.7 miles from Morden to High Barnet (along the route of the Northern line) to raise funds for Trees for Cities. I'm 9 years old and I'm hoping friends will join me along the way.

Our air is too dirty, pollution is everywhere but trees can help. They suck up polluted air and give clean air. This is where Trees for Cities come in. They make the air cleaner by planting these wonderful natural filters. Trees. Three cheers for trees!

Every six pounds you donate plants a tree, but you don't have to stick to that, please be as generous as you can. I'll post updates and pics of my walk. Thank you!
