I am going to try to swim 100m in open water, cycle 3km and run 1km in the SuperTri to raise money for Harrison's  Fund in my Auntie Helena's memory. Our favourite thing to do together was swimming, she never learnt how to ride a bike and she loved watching other people run even though she wouldn't have dreamt of running herself! She was very proud of me for signing up to do the triathlon and although I feel very sad that she won't be here to cheer me on, she'll be in my heart encouraging me every stroke, pedal and step of the way.
