 I wanted to get involved to raise awareness for ME/CFS and Long Covid because I have friends with the illness and I can see the impact it can have on a person's life. BAKE4MECFS is a light-hearted way to encourage more support. As a runner (NOT a baker!) I am going to run a half marathon (or two) so all your bakes entered into the BIG EASTER BAKE OFF remain calorie free.
