Stonebridge City Farm is a community charity which has been an important part of Nottingham life for the past 40 years. Today it supports 120 people a week, many of whom have learning difficulties or mental health difficulties.

Story

All being well I will be joining my daughter Louise along
with staff and students at Nottingham College to partake in a Sponsored walk to help raise money for Stonebridge City Farm.

Stonebridge sent out an urgent appeal to raise £30,000 to
keep the farm running over the winter months. The farm is such a valued provision to our city. They work so hard with local schools, young adults with learning needs, nurseries and the local community.

I believe the General Manager Peter Armitage announced on
our local TV that over half of the funds have already generously been raised!

The walk will take place on Thursday 7 March and will be
leaving at 1pm from the Nottingham College, Clarendon Campus to Stonebridge City Farm, Nottingham.
