This year Mike and I will again be supporting the Four Cs bike ride to raise money for Cancer Hair Care and Macmillan. As many of you know my family and I received so much support from these charities in 2017-18 and having returned to full fitness with their help I hope this will help others. It would be great if you can make a donation, however small as every penny counts. 

Cancer Hair Care is a specialist cancer charity offering FREE expert advice on all aspects of hair loss before, during and after cancer treatments. Help is on-hand in person, over the telephone and on-line through our pamper and salon mornings, in-hospital clinics and friendly website. Our Happy Heads and Gigs & Wigs services offer support to children and teenagers facing hair loss at a critical time in their life, giving them confidence when they need it most. As we rely 100% on donations, your support means so much, thank you.
