He was 21 and perfectly healthy - apart from having epilepsy. If it wasn't for epilepsy he'd still be with us today. So on March 11 I will take part in my first ever Half Marathon to raise funds for Epilepsy Action in Sean's memory. I won't be the fastest nor the most graceful but it will be my way of marking another year without him in a postive way.</span></p>

They are often scared and unable to find out what this will mean for them and their families. Every day in the UK there are 3 Epilepsy deaths, 1 of which is preventable.</span></p>
