Cameroon Catalyst is a student driven international development charity promoting sustainable development in rural Cameroon. We bring together students and specialists to deliver essential infrastructure projects in some of the least developed communities in the country.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am on the design and fundraising team for Cameroon Catalyst. Cameroon Catalyst is an international development charity focused on promoting sustainable development in the Eastern region of Cameroon, and was founded in 2009.

50% of rural Cameroonians do not have access to clean drinking water, the charity has now started a new 5-year scheme of works aimed providing clean drinking water in ten villages in the area.

The charity is entirely run by volunteers and students involved in designing and construction in Cameroon cover their own costs. Therefore all money raised goes directly to the project and for the benefit of the Cameroonian people.

Our mission is to be a catalyst for sustainable change in rural Cameroon. We aim to achieve this by building infrastructure projects which empower local communities, and give them the tools to develop and grow long beyond our projects completion.

I am grateful for any donation you can give! thank you, rosey x
