Story
Whilst many of us take our comfortable homes for granted. But there are many people in our community who have no bed of their own to sleep in- Sleeping on friends sofas, sleeping on the streets or in tents or cars, maybe even damp and derelict buildings.
For some homeless people life is made that bit more bearable by the relationship that they have with the dogs that have become our their constant companions.
For charities like Turning Tides this makes supporting homeless people with pets even more challenging, as accommodation is needed that will keep them together.
To highlight the bonds between (wo)man and dog, Sally and I will being sleeping out with our own very much loved doggy companions.
