London to Brighton Bike Ride - British Heart Foundation · 18 June 2017

We are a charity who provide solutions to disadvantaged and marginalised people, resolving crisis relating to social isolation, homelessness, mental and physical health, substance misuse and unemployment. Our goal is to create a society in which everyone can reach their full potential.

Story

On Sunday 18 June 2017 Rosie and Jake will be getting on their bikes and embarking on the 54-mile journey from London to Brighton for the BHF's annual London to Brighton Bike Ride. This is a big feat for Rosie - who, until recently, hadn't been on a bike in five years - and Jake, who has to coach her.

They’re doing this in aid of Ashford Place – a local charity and community centre that aims to tackle the growing problem of homelessness, poor health and social exclusion in NW London at a time when state provision is being reduced. You can check out their website here:https://www.ashfordplace.org.uk/

Please help them support Ashford Place so it can continue the great work in the local community. Any donation is welcome and will make a difference. Thank you!
