Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page, we are raising money for St Christophers Hospice.

Jo Lehan was looked after by the Community Team at St Christopher's Hospice at the end of her life. They were kind and positive and available 24/7. At the  darkest time they enabled Jo to stay in her own home co-ordinating all the services that she needed. She did not want to be in hospital and they made that possible.  The night team would always come out and in the end days provided overnight care through a Macmillan nurse. Her family and friends are grateful and want to support the hospice in particular the community team. They  also supported us through the funeral service and have regularly been in contact to see how we are doing.
