My Nannie was the most kind beautiful and amazingly brave women you could of ever met. On the 20th of December 2011 we made the decision to move her to the Hospice. She was very sick by this point but was still completely the women I had always known, and i admire her greatly for never letting go of who she truly was and for never giving in. Sadly we lost my Nannie on the 22nd of december 2011. The care she received whilst at the hospice was completely amazing and we could not have asked for anything better. This hospice does amazing wonderful work and survives purely on donations so please please donate.
