Story

I am running the London Marathon on Sunday 26 April in 2015 to raise money in memory of a great friend who tragically died in a road accident in October 2010.

Ian was a kind, intelligent and enthusiastic individual who lived life to the full. He graduated in Medicine from the University of Sheffield in 2009, and was working as a Doctor at London's King's College Hospital when he sadly lost his life. In memory, and in celebration of his life, the Dr Ian Noble Memorial Fund has been set up to provide financial support for future medical students at the University of Sheffield.

Specifically, the fund helps medical students undertake an intercalated degree who would otherwise be unable to do so due to financial constraints. Ian passionately believed in equality of opportunity and this therefore would have been something he would have wholeheartedly supported.

I would be so grateful for any support you can give towards remembering this special person.

Thank you very much in advance,

Rosie
