New year, new challenge! 

I am attempting to run the APB Newport Marathon on 29th April in memory of my wonderful dad, Chris, who we lost to heart disease in 2007. 29th April would have been his 63rd birthday so I took it as a sign that I had to sign up! 

My dad was a strong supporter of the British Heart Foundation and I would like to do everything I can to raise money for this amazing charity. I will be running for him, for my lovely family and for anyone who has been affected by heart disease. It's going to be a tough journey but I know it will be worth it! 

Any donation you can make would be hugely appreciated and will motivate me to keep training through the freezing cold winter months!
