Story
I'm walking 60 miles this June to fight pancreatic cancer — a cause that is sadly now more personal. In January, my amazing Dad, Richard, was diagnosed, and I want to do this challenge, along with my canine companion Diego, to make a difference. We will be walking the hills of Cheltenham and parts of the Cotswold Way to take on this challenge. It starts with walking, but perhaps marathon training may be for a future fundraiser.. (or maybe I’ll leave that to my sister 😆)
Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest cancers to detect and treat, but together we can help fund vital research, support families, and bring hope. Every mile matters — and so does every donation.
Right now, half of people with pancreatic cancer die within three months of diagnosis. Families are left with only hope to hold onto. They need more. So, we do more. Thanks to kind supporters like you there is hope! 💜
By donating to my challenge, you're making support available for people now and funding world-leading research to find that breakthrough in new treatments which is so desperately needed. Just £29 could fund further research to improve the speed of diagnosis. Together, we will bring more than hope to people affected by pancreatic cancer.💜
Thank you so much for your support! 🙏
