Stocksigns Surrey 3 Peaks Challenge 25-09-20 · 25 September 2020

Every year in the UK, 14,000 people have their lives cut short following an accident. Millions more end up in A&E, many suffering injuries so serious their lives are never the same again. Accidents are also the biggest killer of children and young people... Yet they don't have to happen.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

RoSPA’s safety signage partner, Stocksigns, has once again confirmed their commitment to saving lives and reducing injuries.

Not to be thwarted by travel bans, this year they’ve replaced plans for an international expedition with a gruelling 24-mile hike in the South Downs – and all to raise money for RoSPA’s Brighter Beginnings Appeal.

We want to wish good luck to Oliver and Izzy from RoSPA who will be joining the Stocksign team and helping RoSPA fundraise to provide vital safety packs for families in need.

The response to our Brighter Beginnings Appeal has been incredible, but there's still so much work to do. With around 700,000 babies born in the UK every year, and 30 per cent of children growing up in poverty – which can influence a child’s risk of being injured in an accident – we want to make sure that as many families as possible receive a pack. We also cannot ignore the global challenge, and we’re delighted to have
already started working to take our packs international.

Through your support, we can ensure every child has a brighter beginning. Please donate as much as you are able.
