Just wanted to say a HUGE thankyou to everyone who donated their hard earned cash to CLAN. Completed the jump on 30/10/2010 and was the most amazing experience, even managed a bit of cloud walking after the chute opened on the way down. Thanks again everyone, top people! x

G'day Folks,

For some insane reason I've decided to jump (make that forcibly being bundled) out of a plane 10,000ft./2 miles up, to try and give a little something back to the charity CLAN. Please bare in mind that the only "rollercoaster" I've been on is the kids "Crazy Train" at Codonas and I brick it, at the mere thought of a bungee jump!

It wasn't until my second brush with cancer in Sept 2008, that I found out anything about CLAN and the amazing things they do voluntarily, for those affected directly and indirectly by Cancer/Leukemia and I can't thank them enough.

2009 was a gruelling year not just for me, but especially to those loved ones around me and it seems only fitting that 2 years after my 2nd diagnosis, that I should hurl myself out of a plane for a good cause.

If you could please take the time to donate to this very worthwhile cause, it would be greatly appreciated. 

I'll be dusting off my old copy of "Point Break" to get some tips, although the reality will be somewhat different, as I can't remember Keanu kicking and screaming like a little girl, prior to his first launch....
