The coronavirus pandemic is having a huge impact on our mental health and to mark 1 year of lockdown, Aidan has decided to shave his (very) hairy face and head to raise funs for Mind. 

Mind is a mental health charity in England and Wales. Founded in 1946 as the National Association for Mental Health, it celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2016.
