The Loss Foundation is a registered charity providing support for people who have lost their loved ones to cancer. We provide supportive bereavement services aimed at creating regular spaces for people to share stories and experiences with others who have experienced a similar kind of loss.

Story

So it's that time of the year again when I get my running gear dusted off and raise some money. This year I have decided to run for The Loss Foundation in memory of my lovely Dad. I decided to run for The Loss Foundation as grief is something that we will all go through in life, It will be 3 years on 9th of November since my Dad was sadly taken from us after a very brave battle to cancer, something I'm still finding very difficult to come to terms with. As a family we have struggled and the grief is still hard to cope with, luckily I have a wonderful boyfriend, family and friends to help me through. Not everyone has this. The Loss Foundation are a U.K. Charity dedicated to providing bereavement support following the loss of a loved one to cancer, whether it may be spouses, family members or friends. So please my lovely family and friends dig deep and let's help others through their Grief. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
