The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

On the 1st of October, I will be cycling 90 miles in the Palace to Palace event from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle.

3 years ago, I approached The Prince's Trust with my company idea for Ross Barr.  The Trust were the only ones who said yes.

After having gone through the Enterprise program and then through to their panel, the company got the go ahead to receive funding and mentoring .

Since then, it has been a whirlwind and an amazing adventure.  However, the thing that has meant the most to me is the support from people at the Trust.

They have not only launched my company, they saved me.  Which is evident from the 1 million people they have helped and supported over their 40 year history.

It costs £2000 to have an Enterprise course, so via your donation, you will be helping someone like me launch their own company.

Everyone who knows me will know I am not really athletic. In fact the only time I have been on a bike was in the gym.  However, when I was asked to cycle the Palace to Palace as a Young Ambassador, I saw it as a way to say thank you to the countless people who have supported me and to help the next entrepreneur.

The Prince's Trust help young people through all of their programs which help them  reach their full potential and until belief and self confidence in everything they do.  Their staff and army of volunteers don't just believe in 2nd chances.  They believe in giving a young person as many chances as it takes to get them to believe in themselves and be happy.

So please, donate as much as you can as I get ready to do my ultimate test.
