Thanks for taking the time to click on my link! In May I'm going to be running the Birmingham SimplyHealth 10k.

I know what you're thinking, he can't run!! You'd be right , the furthest I've done so far is 5km and I  ached for about 3 days after! As part of this challenge , I'm asking for donations for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity.

To give you some background, I'm raising on behalf of my best friends Mom. She was diagnosed with lung cancer and has been receiving regular treatment under the QE.

I'd like to raise awareness of the fantastic work they do and recognise the care they give to her. Alongside the treatment, the charity supports patients, family and staff by providing added extra's that cannot be provided by the NHS.

Previous donations have also helped to fund Fisher House for Military patients and their families, a teacher for the Teenage cancer Trust patients, toys for children with cancer, cancer drug trials and research and a new state of the art radiotherapy machines.

Any donation however big or small will be greatly appreciated .
