Hi, 

I'm running 60 miles this August to help families affected by Motor Neurone Disease. This charity is also one close to my heart having lost a family member to this life changing illness. 

Six people are diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) every day in the UK. This August, I'm challenging myself to run 60 miles between 1 August and 31 August to raise money to fund vital research, care and support for people affected by the disease. 

I'd be so grateful for your support, anything you can donate really will help to make a difference in the fight against MND. It will help to keep me motivated as I take on this epic challenge too!
