Louie was a great guy who had the biggest smile :-) little did we know that behind that smile he was struggling with his mental health. Then September last year sadly he took his own life :-(. We wanted to do something in his memory to raise awareness of Mental health Issues, while also raising as much as we can for charity. We have teamed up with the Charity MIND and challenged ourselves to Row the English Channel. This is very much out of our comfort zone and will take a lot of training and hard work.
