Hi, The Croziers and Team Brandauer have decided to complete the Thames Bridges walk (25kms) AND run the Stafford Half marathon (13 miles) this September in support off Support Staffordshire (SuS) but Why…..?

As a trustee of SuS I am proud of our organisation; a charity that exists solely to support other charities. We have over 1000 not for profit members in Staffordshire who all rely on our, people, skills, care and advice.

Until recently Support Staffs have been the regions best kept secret.

During the pandemic SuS setup the operation of food banks, supported other not for profits with Covid risk assessments and safe re-opening protocols, set-up and operated good neighbour schemes, supported 1000s of socially isolated people, helped prevent the collapse of some charities by supporting them with funding applications and placed 10s of thousands of volunteers eager to help. On the back of this phenomenal response to the pandemic, we are now embarking on a self-sustaining income strategy and increasing awareness of who we are and what we do is a vital first step.

So as a trustee I am leading from the front and joining the Support Staffordshire Team, getting fit by completing a bucket list challenge to raise funds and awareness for Support Staffs.
