Hi, 

Lockdown is like being grounded only it lasts FOREVER. My name is Rowan, I am 13 years old. Recently I am finding lockdown and isolation really tough. I can't see my friends in person & I am getting sick of online lessons. I love my family, but having a young brother and sister is a lot to handle 24 hours every day, there is only so many episodes of Peppa Pig one teenager can take, and I reached my limit in lockdown number 1. Technology and bikes rides have helped me loads since this virus came along. This got me thinking... What if I didn't have bike rides? What if these activities stopped working and lockdown just kept going? That would be absolute RUBBISH. I started to do some research into what support was available to people my age & I found this charity which supports teenagers with lots of different issues from isolation to support in managing long term mental health. I think its really important right now to look after our mental health as teenagers. So myself and two good friends of mine Joe & Osian are wanting to raise awareness and raise some money which will help people our age make sense of this really weird time we are all having. 

So, we are holding a online gaming marathon from 12noon to 12midnight. We would really love it if you can sponsor us which goes to the charity Young Minds to help teenagers in the UK.
