At the age of 4 in December 2020 Beau was diagnosed with Stage 4 High-Risk Neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood Cancer that at the point of diagnosis has only a 50% chance of long-term survivorship.

Friday 18th and Saturday 19th February will see members from D2G Fitness and friends from neighbouring fitness centres around the world row the distance from Leeds to New York within their gyms to raise money for Beau's Campaign. 

The challenge will be in aid of raising funds to help Beau get to Sloan Hospital with our members completing the distance on rowing machines. 

The funds raised will go directly towards Beau's Campaign to get her one step closer to life-saving treatment.

Completing the challenge together, D2G members will combine their individual row distances to reach the total distance which is five million four hundred thousand nine hundred and fifty eight meters.  

People outside of the D2G Fitness community are encouraged to help us reach our goal and clocking up the miles while sharing their rowing distances on social media to help spread the word!
