In order to bust the winter blues, from the 27th of January, we're taking part in Race The Thames Virtual 2022  Race The Thames is the annual fundraising event run by London Youth Rowing (LYR). The money raised will be used to help support LYR's work in London and Leeds. LYR's programmes allow young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to take part in rowing, giving them the benefit of participating in the sport and allowing them to fulfil their potential. The gallery below shows the impact LYR's work has for young people.

As part of a team of eight, the ClearCourse Membership services team will be running, rowing or cycling 346k in a week (but in the quickest time possible)

As part of the team, i will be completing 44k of activity, and have been training hard to be able to run a considerable distance.
