Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 10th April at 10am we will be be doing a 25 km walk along the thames, crossing 16 of London’s iconic bridges from Putney to Tower Bridge.

The walk is a charity fundraising event organised by EfC-SL to raise £5,000 for the purchase of much needed laboratory equipment for Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone (USL). Students there currently suffer from a dire lack of equipment for practical application of their engineering studies - studies on how to build vitally important things like bridges, buildings and tunnels, electrical machines, power stations. New equipment means better student outcomes and better quality engineering to help develop the country!
