For some strange reason, I've decided to do Vertical Ascent on 19th March in aid of Shelter - the homelessness charity. 

This is a race up Tower 42 (former Natwest tower), an ascent of 183 metres up 920 stairs and 42 floors to the top of the tower. I feel out of breath just typing that.
