My wonderful Pops passed away in March of this year-  7 months on and I still have a big hole in my heart from his passing. He’s not here to talk to, I don’t get a kiss from him when I walk through the door and he’s not here to spend time with my daughter, Summer. He should be here with us enjoying this heatwave, braaiing (BBQing) with family and sitting in the garden sipping a nice cold glass of white wine. Please help me by donating and we can beat Stroke!

My best friend, Becky, and I will be attempting to run the entire 5K, no stopping, no walking, just running - plus trying to do all the obstacles.
