Story

A number of staff from the Roxton Practice are running in this years Grimsby 10k race to raise money for a local charity, Lincolnshire Brain Tumour Support Group.

LBTSG are a local charity who aim to give support to patients, families and friends of those diagnosed with a brain tumour. They do this by arranging a number of meetings and events throughout the year as well as having a phone support group too.

As a practice we are aware of the devastating impact this diagnosis can have on the individual as well as their relatives and friends. We have a number of experiences both with our patients and our own personal lives and we are very happy to be able to run for such a good cause.

We would all be very grateful if you could help us raised valuable funds for this fantastic local charity by donating whatever you feel able to give. The runners would also appreciate any support on the day along the route also.
