I will attempt to run for 100 consecutive days from October 24th 2018
until January 31st 2019. By running 5 miles every day and reach
a target of 500 miles. I am running to raise awareness for Depression and other mental health issues. I have suffered from depression for many years and have good and bad days and know how difficult it can be to accept, admit and talk about it. I want to help others to overcome the many stigmas that come with having a mental health illness. As a man this can often be difficult because we are meant to be strong or simply 'man up' If only it was that easy! I have lost too many friends to this awful illness and want to help combat it and by doing this challenge over 100 days hope that I can change attitudes and make people more aware of how we can all help others suffering from all mental health issues.
