Over 10 years ago, I was told my eyesight was diminishing, to the extent of becoming blind. I have next to no night vision but 20/20 central vision.
My guide dog Teal, give me the confidence to venture out and try to live life as a sighted person. She gives me access all areas!
While I have some bison left I plan to “give back” amd raise awareness that the guide dogs need volunteers and money to help support the charity.
If anyone that donates, wish to have a chat either face to face or on the phone please shout out!
Thank you again for giving! Read more www.blindmanroy.com
Almost two million people in the UK are living with sight loss that has a significant impact on their daily lives. Of those, around 180,000 rarely leave their homes alone and lead lonely, isolated lives. Guide Dogs works for a world where people with sight loss are never left out of life, for a world where being blind or partially sighted is not what defines you. A world with enough support to make the challenges of sight loss no barrier to fulfilling hopes and dreams.
