There's no deep meaningful story here, I've decided to run the Bupa Great Manchester Run on May 26th.

I hadn't intended to run for charity but when prompted at registration I thought why not? If someone else benefits from me dragging my fat ass round a 10k run, all the better.

I've chosen Macmillan Cancer Support because they were fantastic with Kath (Sarahs mum), when she went through her treatment a few years back and they continue to do amazing work.

Thankfully Kath well and truely kicked the ass of the dreaded big C but many people still need and recieve their support daily.

If you can give then that's great but if you can't, don't worry, there are always other opportunities to give to this and other great charities during the year.
