This October I will be running the London Royal Parks half marathon and the Yorkshire full marathon over back-to-back weekends (12+19 Oct).

I am raising money for Prostate Cancer UK, a key supporter of my brother-in-law Andy, who has final stage prostate cancer. He is bravely fighting the cancer adopting a fitness and healthy lifestyle and will also be running the Yorkshire marathon alongside me. Please support this worthy cause with a donation.
