Story
I'm taking part in the Royal Parks Half on Sunday 11 October 2026, running 13.1 miles for Prostate Cancer UK. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men, with 1 in 8 affected. That's thousands of dads, brothers, partners, and mates.
I am running for prostate cancer because this disease has deeply affected the people I love most. Both of my grandparents were impacted by cancer. More recently, my partner’s dad has been diagnosed.
Running is my way of turning that worry into action. It’s about honoring my grandparents, supporting my partner’s family, and standing with everyone who is fighting this battle. I want to help raise awareness, encourage early detection, and contribute to the research that brings us closer to better treatments.
