We are both taking part in the Royal Parks Half on Sunday 11 October 2026, running 13.1 miles for Prostate Cancer UK. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men, with 1 in 8 affected, and the risk is double if you are black.That is thousands of dads, brothers, partners, and mates. Me and Marie are both running this half marathon together for my dad who passed away last December. I was incredibly inspired by my friend Marie who ran it last year in memory of a friends daughter.. who sadly passed away 🩷🩷

My dad suffered from prostate cancer & it changed his life completely after his treatment 🙏 🏥 He was a very quiet person who loved his sport.. We are doing this for him knowing that he would be Very proud of our achievement 🩷
