I have chosen to run a half marathon to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Cystic Fibrosis Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. My young cousin Sophia suffers from CF and the CF Trust is the only UK trust supporting a bright, healthy and long life for those with this disease. It is therefore very close to my heart and I would love to set this challenge as a way to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and for my cousin Sophia. Any support would be greatly appreciated!
