I have had relatives who have faced the challenge of dementia.
I ran my first half marathon in Cambridge in March 2020, just before the first COVID-19 lockdown. I had long COVID during 2021, but recovered last year and ran the Town and Gown 10K, and this will be my third half marathon after the Northstowe half in April.
