Story
Yes, that's right.
I've decided to do the unthinkable... giving up my freedom... committing to a strict dedicated regime... thinking of others before myself... Some say, I should have done long ago...
But a week before I get married, I'm doing something else that exciting!
I'm taking part in the Israel National Triathlon in Eilat again. I'll be swimming, cycling and running (maybe walking) to raise money for Kisharon. On October 28th, 2011 what will I be doing?
a 750m swim through the Red Sea
a 20km cycle through the Eilat Negev Desert &
a 5km run (or, by that time - crawl) through the city of Eilat.
Please help me justify doing this mad thing a week before my wedding by making a donation.
Thank you so much – every bit helps and please help even more by spreading the word and send people to this page to donate.
Kisharon is well known in North-West London for its outstanding work for children with learning disabilities, many of them severe. It is an organisation that helps local children and their families who would be unable to cope otherwise. Kisharon started as a school over 30 years ago but has developed into a comprehensive organisation providing services that cover toddlers through to adults. Our responsibility to them does not reduce as they grow beyond school age and therefore Kisharon runs an adult college, provides structured employment, supported living and a residential home.
