The challenge I’ve set myself?
To complete 26 exercise session not exceeding a (combined) period of 26 hours...oh/ and not to forget they need to be completed by Sunday 26th April (this weekend!😳).
The sessions/exercises will vary in type & pace but aiming to include the following (Just to give an overall idea of the overall plan).
2 x 26 min exercise instructor-led HIIT sessions (virtual); 26 x kettlebell exercises (continuous); 26 x TRX exercises; 26 x Weighted Hula Hoops; 26 x press-ups; 26 x press-up; 26 x Burpees; 26 x Star Jumps, 26 x Donkey kicks; 26 x Squats; 26 x Lunges; 26 x Bicep curls; 26 x Tricep dips....& the list goes on...
Hopefully you get the idea. Recommendations/challenges for specific exercises may be accepted!
Online workouts/training programmes will include sessions with Dame Kelly Holmes, Les Mills Group, Jenny Pacey/Wayne Gordon and others.
I’ll be providing updates on here & social media and photographic/video evidence will be available also (on request!)
I’ve seen 1st hand the amazing work that Rainy Day Trust have been involved with. Along with providing financial assistance, they also provide essential grants and support including telephone counselling, debt/legal advice, apprenticeship support and a range of other services that assist with dealing with the root of the problems that individuals may face.
