Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Never have I been one to turn down a challenge so Ben Nevis better watch out!

Along with my fantastic colleagues at the Women's Health Research Centre (WHRC), I will be climbing Ben Nevis - the highest mountain peak in the UK don't ya know! -  in June to raise money for Genesis Research Trust.

Genesis Research Trust, the brain child of one Professor Winston supports and facilitates the research being conducted here at the WHRC in identifying causes and cures for conditions that affect the health of woman and babies.

Those that know me know how passionate I am about the work I do. Not only as a Midwife but as a Research Midwife and particularly in caring and supporting women and their families who have had to endure premature birth and it's worries and complications. Therefore, not only do I feel very proud to work for an organisation that is supported by Genesis Research Trust, I feel very lucky that I have the opportunity to give something back.

So please give generously and help to support Women's Health.

First one to the top is the winner!
