Garry is running the Manchester Marathon in aid of Springhill Hospice who have paid for his entry and in return he would like to raise at least £300.

Springhill is a charity very close to my heart as you all know. The support they show to people at the end of their lives and those who are close to them is amazing, I can vouch for this having experienced it first hand.

Thank you for taking the first step to helping us raise the £3 million a year it costs to keep the doors of Springhill Hospice open. The services we provide are free of charge. We care for adults aged 18 and over with a life limiting illness. As well as caring for in-patients we also provide respite care, pain and symptom control, counselling for patients and family members, a day hospice for out-patients, hospice care in the home and bereavement advice.
