Rich, Robin, Roger, Glenn and Dave are cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats (LeJog) from Saturday 20th til Sunday 28th August 2011. We'll try to let you know how we are getting on through the running club website at www.newportrunningclub.co.uk.

We are raising money for Douglas Macmillan Hospice which looked after Dave's brother in the last few weeks of his life.
