On Saturday 4th June I will be taking part in a 10k run for Crohns and Colitis UK. This amazing charity is dedicated to funding research and improving the lives of those with Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis and other forms of inflammatory bowel disease (all of which can cause agonising pain as well as unpleasant symptoms). Dealing with an invisible illness can be difficult, especially knowing that there is no cure. I was diagnosed with UC when I was 18, so this is a cause very close to my heart <3.

Any donations however much would be so appreciated and even a couple pounds can contribute to making such a difference. I am doing this run for those who are disabled by their Crohns or UC, unable to walk or run themselves, as well as for everyone else effected by the disease.
