I am running the Cardiff Half in October in honour of those affected by a stroke. It is a charity close to my family's hearts following my Granny's stroke in November 2016. Being the amazing lady she is, she has just celebrated her 90th birthday and I would love to raise as much money as possible for this charity to help others reach their 90th birthday too!!
