I am back running and now I'm raising money for the animal rescue charity I adopted Gus from! 

As you are aware, I adopted a deaf American Bulldog called Gus, from this charity and everyone at the charity were lovely. They choose homes for their dogs based on whether people will be a good fit, and always have the dog's best interest at heart! Any funds you donate will completely go toward the rehabilitation of these dogs, their food, shelter and doctors' appointments. Some of these puppers have been waiting for ages to be adopted, so anything that can help them get closer to their goal helps!
