Save the Rhino London Marathon 2024

London Marathon 2024 · 21 April 2024 ·
On 21st April 2024, I'm taking on the 26.2 mile challenge of the London Marathon, fundraising for the charity Save the Rhino International.
As a trainee vet at Edinburgh Vet School, I am passionate about supporting wildlife conservation projects around the globe and wish to make a difference through my profession. I have been involved with Animal Asia’s China Bear Rescue Centre, wildlife rescue groups in Australia, Philip Island Nature Parks and Monkey Mia Dolphin Projects in Shark Bay World Heritage Area, Western Australia.
Outside vet school, I am a keen runner and triathlete. So far I have proudly completed:
- Ironman 70.3 Melbourne, Geelong, and Staffordshire
- Marathon debut in hometown Nanjing, China 2020
- Half marathons in iconic cities worldwide including Melbourne, Gold Coast, Edinburgh, Oxford, Cambridge, and Singapore
My next challenge will be London Marathon 2024, the event I have dreamed for so long. However this time I am not alone, but with a team of passionate rhino runners. I am very excited about bringing my two passions together: running and wildlife conservation.
By supporting my fundraising, you will help the five species of rhinos to thrive in the wild so a BIG thank you to you! Donations will help to restore rhino habitat in Africa and Asia, support law-enforcement and the work of rhino rangers.
