According to the United Nations, an estimated 93 million children around
the world have disabilities. Eighty percent of those live in developing
countries. The cost of caring for a person with a disability is prohibitive to
most families and the social stigma involved with having a child with special
needs can be very stressful. To the sad extent that many families go as far as
hiding their disabled child away from the community in order to be socially
accepted. iQra International has taken responsibility to provide free medical treatment to poor disabled children in developing countries around the world and has now taken the initiative to build a Disabled Children's Rehabilitation Centre in The Gambia (Africa).

This is a fantastic cause. I feel very fortunate having 3 healthy young children who have access to the resources that we do here in the UK. The Disabled Children's Rehabilitation Centre in The Gambia will provide essential support to young children with disabilities including free medical treatment, health
checks, speech, language and physiotherapy. 

To help iQra International charity build a new Disabled Children's Rehabilitation Centre in The Gambia, I will be aiming to conquer the Anti Atlas Mountain in Morocco on the 26th of June 2019.  

No donation will be used to fund the trip to Morroco, as I am paying for the trip myself. 

My personal target is £2,000, but the project target is to raise £40,000. All
donations will therefore be gratefully appreciated.
