On the 22nd May 2018 I was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer. I was lucky that it was spotted early and had the tumour removed a few days later. Thankfully, it has not spread and caused any other health issues, I am currently under the care of Christies in Manchester for on going tests + close monitoring.

My experience has made me determined to raise awareness of this condition among males, and by sharing my journey I hope to make a difference.

I have been training to run the half marathon but due to a setback in my training , I have opted to walk it to the finish line, instead of running. For me, it is important that I still compete regardless of my setback.
